Where is my order confirmation email?

After placing an order, you will receive two emails:


  1. order confirmation once your purchase has been completed.

  2. shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

If you cannot find your order confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you used your phone number instead of an email address at checkout, you will not receive an email confirmation.

To update your order with the correct email address, please contact us at info@elysiumliverpool.com.

How long before my order ships?

It takes 2 to 6 Business Days to process and ship your order after you place it depending on inventory levels.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5 Business Days after we processed it. If your product is low on stock, it can be delayed by an extra 2 to 3 Business Days.

Rest assured, we are doing our best to get your order delivered as fast as possible.

Can I change my address?

In case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships.

In some cases, minimal address changes can be applied after the order ships.

Make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address.
